- Dilute stain with equal parts clean water, and shake vigorously before using. Spray first application with full moisture just short of puddling. Trying to avoid rigid back and forth movements, randomly spray the mixture by holding the wand about 18 inches from the floor. Allow floor to dry then apply a second coat in the same manner. Do not walk on the wet floor. do not mop between applications. During the first application, there will be varying degrees of fizzing, and you may not see a great deal of color.
- Don’t judge the color of the concrete until you have applied the second application, and have mopped away the surface residue. Mop the floor with water and allow to dry. When the floor is clean and wet you can see what the floor will look like after the sealer or wax are applied.
